No rear access from the front of the house – The pool shell had to be lifted over the rear boundary fence
No fence removal permitted – The existing fence could not be dismantled
Limited backyard space – Traditional excavation methods weren’t possible
Deck height precision required – New tiles needed to sit perfectly flush with the current deck level
